About
I’m the tutor behind Calgary Minds. I teach Grade 8 to 12 math and Physics 10, 20 and 30, one-on-one, in person in Okotoks and Calgary or online anywhere in Alberta.
I started tutoring by helping classmates understand math in high school.
Before taking on students one-on-one, I spent about a year as a volunteer tutor with Schoolhouse.world. I’ve tutored privately since 2024.
Today I’m a Computer Science student at the University of Calgary.

My approach
Every session follows your child’s school learning guide, so what we practise lines up with their next test.

I explain the idea and walk through examples step by step, written out on an iPad so your child sees the full working.

Your child works through questions from school worksheets or sets I supply, focused on what is coming up in class.

Before each unit test, we run a review session so your child walks in ready.
